
Exceptional Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

- As a key member of our Consumer Sales and Customer Care teams, you will manage inbound calls from valued customers, providing accurate advice on sales and service.
You will start with an in-depth training program before transitioning to a flexible work model that includes hybrid and on-site options.
Key Responsibilities- Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers.
- Providing expert advice on sales and service to our new and existing health insurance customers.
- Building rapport and maintaining high levels of engagement with customers.
- Ensuring all customer service standards are delivered.
- Meeting individual targets and ensuring all service levels are met.
- Developing effective relationships with the team and internal departments.
- Listening to and understanding customers' needs to offer tailored health insurance solutions.
- Complying with sales process procedures.
- Handling inbound sales calls and reviewing policies at renewal.
- Multitasking while navigating IT systems and addressing customer queries.
- Ideal candidates hold a Third Level Qualification or 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering sales and first-class service.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to work in fast-paced target environments.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and customer service skills, along with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- High degree of flexibility with strong team spirit.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
- Demonstrate resilience and handle complex customer queries.
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA) or willing to undertake same.
