
Administrative Services Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office by overseeing administrative processes, managing office facilities and supporting leadership in delivering a professional and well-organized workplace.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Supervise and support administrative reception staff.
- Coordinate procurement of and maintenance of office supplies and equipment in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building management.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and health & safety compliance.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Organize company meetings.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures and workflows.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- 5+ years' experience in office management within a corporate services environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
