Job Description

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing administration tasks, providing support to the Managing Director, and assisting individual departments to ensure efficient running.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administration tasks including software, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide support to the Managing Director including meeting preparation, travel arrangements, internal project assistance, research, and general tasks.
  • Support individual departments to ensure efficient running, including system management, client documentation, report preparation, and technical team planning.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Requirements:
  • Strong office administration experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Office 365 Suite.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Previous experience with business packages such as ERP or accounts software.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an office administrator or in business support, preferably within an SME environment, working with a small team.
  • Proficient in the Google Workspace or Office 365 suite.
  • Previous work in business packages such as ERP, accounts, etc.
