
Cancer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cancer Care Specialist to join our team in a hospital setting.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Must be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI PIN
- Have a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting (essential)
- Must hold an Oncology qualification i.e. SACT or Post Grad in Oncology
- Have at least 1 year's experience in an oncology setting (desirable)
- A qualification pertaining to the nursing specialty (desirable)
- Have good IT skills with proficiency in the use of all relevant applications
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work on their own initiative
- Have excellent communication & leadership skills with the ability to positively engage with patients and staff
- 25+ holiday days per annum
