**Site Manager Role**

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a pharmaceutical fit-out project in Athlone. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in cleanroom environments and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site activities, ensuring timely completion and compliance with GMP standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades, resolving any coordination issues that may impact progress or quality.
  • Enforce high safety standards on-site, working closely with the HSE team.
  • Monitor quality and programme, taking action to avoid delays.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and project team, maintaining strong communication throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role in cleanroom environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
