Financial Operations Manager

The role of Financial Operations Manager involves overseeing the financial management function within a legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record all financial transactions on a daily basis.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and bi-monthly management accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial activities.
- Liaise with external auditors during year-end reviews to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee payroll management and handle submissions to Revenue Online.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting regulations, experience with legal accounts packages, and excellent communication and IT skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established medium-sized legal practice based in North Dublin. The practice offers a wide range of services to a large portfolio of clients, and this role can be full-time or part-time depending on preference.
