Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
Role Overview:The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team in the Fund Accounting department, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality fund accounting services to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients on financial matters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
- Ensure client service excellence by resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of alternative fund structures and related investment types. A minimum of 10 years' experience in alternative funds, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, is essential.
