Financial Operations Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Specialist to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and technical skills to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit tax returns via online platforms
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Create and dispatch customer invoices, as well as process supplier payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow activity
- Maintain and update the general ledger for transparency and accuracy
- Support management with monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasting analysis
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for year-end processes
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and statutory requirements
