About this role:

The Human Resources Manager is a critical position within our organisation. This individual will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing guidance to management and staff.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR function, ensuring effective employee relations and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing & screening candidates, short-listing CVs, scheduling & partaking in interviews, reference checking etc.
  • Foster a positive work environment, focusing on employee retention through new employee inductions and wellbeing/retention initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and staff development.

Candidate profile: A third-level qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, including 2 years in a management role, is required. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice is also necessary.
