Revenue Operations Leader Job Description

Are you passionate about driving business growth and delivering excellence in pipeline management? Do you excel at problem-solving and collaborating with cross-functional teams? If so, this role is for you.

As a Revenue Operations Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the rhythm of the business, securing current quarter business, and building for future growth. You will partner with Sales leaders to operationalize best-in-class Rhythm of the Business, manage forecast accuracy, and drive gap to AOP plans through sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize best-in-class Rhythm of the Business with Sales leaders through regular cadence and rigor for pipeline management, and business reviews.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to do proactive business and pipeline inspection. Manage and provide regional guidance to improve forecast accuracy and linearity.
  • Owner of regional AOP & Planning processes, from territory planning through to goaling. Drive gap to AOP plans through sales growth initiatives, sharing best practice and partnering with other functional stakeholders.
  • Lead pre-build governance and criteria for the Region/District. Ensure progression, tracking and closure for Pre-builds bringing visibility to WW Revenue Acceleration teams.
  • Guide local sales rep performance reviews with high contribution of insights.
  • Responsible for process and tools adoption - enable the leaders.
  • Process Improvement - Instil sales process discipline, adherence to standards, excellence in execution while holding sales managers accountable to quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Educate sales leaders about processes, tools and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Customer Success, Partners, Marketing to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) for understanding of opportunity/pipeline.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Experience in forecasting tools.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage teams with deep analytical skills and support in making data-driven decisions.
  • Take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently and quickly.
  • Have an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
