This challenging position involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients with varied payroll processes.
Key responsibilities include calculating net pay for employees, considering factors such as variable pay and taxes due to Revenue.
A key part of the role is filing and paying monthly payroll submissions and carrying out reconciliations using Excel.
You will also provide excellent support to clients on all payroll-related matters, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
To be successful in this position, you must stay up-to-date with legislative changes affecting employment, taxation, and social welfare as they pertain to payroll.
Skills Required- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in payroll administration is essential.
- You must be able to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A strong attention to detail is required, along with excellent communication skills.
- An IPASS Payroll qualification is highly desirable.
