Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system for factory purchases, managing and processing weekly and monthly supplier payments, and reconciling creditor statements.

They will also be required to liaise with department heads for accurate and efficient purchasing processes, prepare and analyze purchase reports, and manage and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts and posting of bank payments, answering incoming calls, and performing general administration duties.

  • Maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system for factory purchases
  • Invoice inputting and payment processing
  • Reconciling Creditor Statements
  • Liaising with department heads for purchasing processes
  • Preparing and analyzing purchase reports
  • Managing and resolving payment and invoice issues
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist/Administrator in a busy office environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in D365 is desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional phone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
