Work in a new 4-star resort hotel in Co. Monaghan, offering multiple outlets and exciting prospects for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes for breakfast, lunch, bar menu, restaurant service, banquets, and events with high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain food preparation and storage according to HACCP guidelines to ensure safe and healthy food for our guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative and seasonal menus that meet industry trends and customer expectations.
- Support the front-of-house teams to provide seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience as an Executive Cook or similar role within a hotel or fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of advanced cooking techniques and current industry trends.
- Excellent understanding of HACCP principles and compliance.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a cohesive team.
