About You

Main Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing food from seasonally changing menus, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Preparation, production, and service of food to the required standard in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the expectations of our guests.
  • Practicing and promoting effective teamwork and communication amongst colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintaining compliance with in-house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Completing duties with an attitude of always striving to exceed standards, continually improving our culinary offerings.
