We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager for High Value Acquisition to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new business clients for TikTok in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a pipeline building strategy to acquire new high-value clients in Spain
  • Qualify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for TikTok's advertising platform
  • Design compelling advertising strategies to demonstrate early client success on the platform
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation initiatives across the region
  • Consult with decision makers to align TikTok's advertising strategies with identified marketing objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and/or business development environment
  • Fluent verbal and written language skills in Spanish
  • Pipeline building experience through prospecting and outreaching to new customers
  • Ability to handle confidential information with honesty and integrity
