Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance for ambitious professionals with minimum APA-level qualifications and a strong foundation in operational leadership roles to gain or grow their international experience.

As a performance delivery and customer success leader, you will work hybrid from our Cork office, with periodic travel across Ireland and into Europe. You will be responsible for driving a strong risk culture that enables the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

In partnership with peer Operational Managers on-location, you will engage regularly with clients and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. You will actively support the execution of a dynamic transformation roadmap, guiding the team toward a blended model of human and digital service delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of client success, operational execution, and regulatory assurance, offering long-term career progression, exposure to a leading brand, and the chance to shape future-ready capabilities in a digitally evolving sector.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • CIP, QFA, or APA Qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years' experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function CF1 or CF7 role.
  • 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
  • Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
  • Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach.
