Our team is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to patients across the country.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing medical oxygen equipment, ventilation equipment, and providing training and technical support to patients and their families. You will also be expected to provide product knowledge to both private sector and hospital environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation/service of medical oxygen equipment.
  • Installation/service of ventilation equipment.
  • Providing training and technical support to our patients and their families.
  • Providing product knowledge to both private sector and Hospital environment.
  • Provide after-hours patient support on a roster basis.

We are looking for someone with outstanding people skills, strong communication skills, and technical expertise. You should be comfortable using computers and working with IT systems, and have a valid driving license with at least 2 years' experience. Geographic knowledge and adaptability are also essential for this role.
