We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Primtac Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a major FMCG retail account based in our Dublin office, focusing on driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with each category buyer.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales revenue, margin targets, and KPIs.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and introduce new products to buyers.
  4. Provide accurate and timely information and reports to management.

This role requires a highly motivated and ambitious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
