Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Groups Coordinator to join our team. As a Groups Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying sales leads, communicating with the Sales team, sending weekly reservations reports, inputting rooming lists, and ensuring payment is made prior to check-in date.

You will also be responsible for loading group offers and reservations into our system, developing a thorough knowledge of our brand and product, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Lead Identification: Identify potential sales leads and communicate these with the Sales team.
  2. Reservations Reporting: Send weekly reservations reports to the hotels in your cluster to ensure they are expecting customers and have all necessary details.
  3. Rooming List Input: Input rooming lists and confirm details with customers.
  4. Payment Processing: Ensure payment is made by customers prior to check-in date.
  5. Group Offer Loading: Load group offers and reservations into our system.
  6. Brand Knowledge: Develop a thorough knowledge of our brand and product.
