We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CPL. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and guide a high-performing outbound sales team to success.

As a seasoned manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and setting a high standard for your team
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to team members to help them improve their performance
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track team performance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing BDRs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Cognism
  • Fluency in German and English

We offer a competitive salary package and a range of benefits including:

  • A hybrid role with a location in D4
  • A salary package of €69k base + €46k = €115k
  • A full-time permanent contract
  • Holidays of 23 days plus 2 mental health days and 10 BH days
