Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to spearhead the growth and management of our most critical European accounts. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles within the polymer, chemical, or manufacturing industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and account expansion.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across Ireland.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts that balance client satisfaction with business needs.

  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to modernising and expanding our European operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree/MSc/MBA (preferably in Polymer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
  • 10+ years in sales, marketing, or similar roles within the polymer, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
  • A proven track record in managing high-value accounts with multi-million-euro contracts.
