The Commercial Director is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating the commercial interface between delivery operations and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and attainment of shared objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement strategic plans to enhance delivery operations and achieve business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison for commercial matters between delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead a team of delivery commercial Interface Managers.
- Maintain oversight of project completion and develop effective project evaluation methodologies to inform future planning.
- Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of relevant contracts and agreements.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to delivery operations.
- Present regular reports on commercial performance to senior management.
This position demands strong project management skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and expertise in identifying and mitigating risks associated with interfaces. The successful candidate will possess experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing contracts, and negotiating agreements.
