Job Title: Sales and Distribution Manager

Location: Cork, Ireland

We deliver world-class IT solutions to support our internationally renowned supply chain.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution Manager to grow, develop and lead a new regional team in Cork.

The successful candidate will oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects, in partnership with Business and IS&T teams across the world.

The role requires excellent SAP leadership and functional skills, operating in a highly integrated multi-functional environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams to deliver large-scale SAP implementations.

The SAP Manager will be responsible for growing and developing the SAP SD team in Cork.

The position requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to partner with regional and global business teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage people, focusing on leadership and team development.
  • Guide, mentor, and support project managers in achieving project goals and organisational objectives.
  • Lead global, cross-functional teams consisting of both employees and contractors.
  • Manage SAP implementations in complex environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in managing people, with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Proven ability to guide, mentor, and support both new and experienced project managers in achieving project goals and organisational objectives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams consisting of both employees and contractors.

Good To Have:

  • Experience in forecasting & budgeting multi-million dollar projects.
  • Good knowledge of SAP SD configuration, including organisation structure, master data, pricing, outputs, sales, logistics execution & billing.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of implementing SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related technologies.
