Orthopaedic Clinical Product Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our business by providing technical advice and training to customers on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques in a theatre setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales opportunities and advising on lead generation through engagement with existing and new surgeons;
- SUPPORTING customers with stock management, including consignment inventory, loan kits, and ordering patterns;
- Maintaining accurate records of customer activity on our CRM system;
- Enhancing product and procedure knowledge for the sales team through teaching and training sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in surgical or theatre settings within orthopaedics surgery (scrub nurse);
- A full clean driving license;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- The ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.
