We are seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work in our food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and efficiently to guest needs;
- Ensure a seamless service experience for guests, working closely with the kitchen team and management;
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel;
- Be familiar with our menus and communicate them confidently to guests;
- Serve drinks and food in a timely manner, using attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential;
- Able to work flexible hours, including mid-week and weekends;
- Available to work varying shifts, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn;
