Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals, ensuring seamless support delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HIQA Standards in Residential Centres, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Exceptional communication, IT, and planning skills, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.
