Job Title:
We are seeking an Office Administrator to manage administrative tasks, handle finance duties and provide support to the business.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones and handling sales orders.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts and payments, as well as performing month-end duties.
- Oversee corporate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage petty cash and perform regular reconciliations.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in office administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
