Job Overview:

This key role provides financial and reputation protection support to the business at a group level.

  • Compliance with legislative requirements across Distribution, Retail Partners, and acquisitions will be overseen.
  • Collaboration with external consultants and Group Functions will occur to design, implement, and update HMRC procedures in line with Windsor Framework requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Policies and procedures will reflect current legislation, with expert support available as needed.
  • Work will be done with TSS, Shipping Solutions, and Suppliers to complete and maintain documentation and due diligence for HMRC Tariff compliance.
  • Internal coordination with Trading, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Finance will manage required documentation and maintain compliance records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of BRC and customer requirements in relation to supply assurance is necessary.
  • Audit skills are also important.
