This role revolves around creating a remarkable customer experience. You'll be accountable for delivering exceptional service, focusing on enhancing the in-store atmosphere by prioritizing customers' needs, and adhering to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive and friendly interaction through conversation and service delivery
  • Improve the store ambiance by focusing on customers during prime sales hours
  • Maintain a store environment that reflects our company's quality standards
  • Contribute positively to the overall store atmosphere by being respectful, helpful, and considerate towards others
Teamwork & Communication
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common objectives
  • Assist in training and developing peers
  • Communicate effectively and positively with colleagues
Operations
  • Demonstrate expertise in job knowledge (cash handling, shipments, and fitting room guidelines)
  • Participate in processing new shipments and maintaining receiving and back stock areas
  • Support in completing weekly tasks (markdowns, re-ticketing, transfers, and returns)
Merchandising & Display
  • Maintain store merchandising and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and the sales floor is well-stocked
