A strategic position in facilities management is available at a prominent manufacturing site. This role requires an experienced and motivated professional with strong operational expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all hard and soft facilities services on-site, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Lead and support the on-site team, including technicians and service staff, through effective training, inductions, and performance development plans.
- Manage third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols and service level agreements.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including audit actions or corrective measures.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience managing facilities operations in a fast-paced environment, with strong exposure to soft services.
- A confident leader with a hands-on approach, able to inspire teams and maintain high standards.
- Strong working knowledge of office building systems and technical services.
- Comfortable working with CMMS platforms and interpreting performance data.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Financially aware, with the ability to manage budgets and identify efficiencies.
- A proactive and dependable attitude, with the confidence to take ownership and lead from the front.
