The Role Overview

This Project Administrator role involves working alongside technical specialists in a small, dynamic team. You will be supporting complex infrastructure projects with experience in project administration ideally within highways, transportation, or construction, and a proactive, organised approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract management and performance monitoring of tunnel systems and MTCC operations.
  • Administration of contract variations and task orders for tunnel lifecycle renewals and upgrades.
  • Oversight of PPP contracts, including documentation reviews and audits.
  • Advisory support on NEC3 and other contract frameworks.
  • Monitoring compliance with Tunnel Safety Directive obligations.
  • Programme and project management of schemes affecting tunnel and service area operations.
  • Provision of ad hoc technical and administrative support.
