Job Title: Talent Services Manager

Talent Services Manager is responsible for supporting the business function globally on best practice use, governance, and monitoring of an HRIS application.

  • Supporting global teams with configuration to drive enhanced ways of working
  • Collaborating closely with team members to provide functional and technical services required to support global Hire to Retire processes
  • Managing the integration landscape of the HRIS application

The role requires a strong understanding of the HRIS application, ideally with deployment experience. Familiarity with relevant employee-facing products that integrate with the application is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive efficiencies in configuration to support enhanced ways of working across global teams
  • Cross-train across other modules and relevant employee-facing products that integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors suite
  • Proactively monitor and resolve system-related issues impacting end-user experience, data integrity, or overall system functionality
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in solving complex problems using data analysis and synthesis
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; accreditation preferred
  • Proven ability to manage mid- to large-scale projects and complex integration landscapes
