
Commercial Growth Specialist

Join us in shaping the future of customer experience. We are seeking a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our EMEA sales team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in driving growth across our existing business.
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will own a portfolio of clients and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their long-term success. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and German, and have 2-3 years of experience in a B2B closing role. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of successfully qualifying opportunities and articulating solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive net growth within your portfolio
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers to ensure seamless handovers and long-term success
- Forecast and plan pacing for each month and quarter, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to increase revenue and grow the business
- Proactively manage renewal processes to minimize churn and maximize retention
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth
