Job Title: Culinary Team Member

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in professional cookery and be able to assist senior chefs during service.

  1. Assist the head chef and sous chefs during service, ensuring seamless execution of menus.
  2. Prepare food before service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  3. Contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional dishes, including starters and main courses.
  4. Support the training and development of junior level chefs, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  5. Maintain strict adherence to kitchen health and hygiene procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.
  6. Cook food to order, meeting customer expectations while adhering to menu guidelines.

This is a full-time permanent position requiring 39 hours per week.
