Sales Development Specialist

The role of Sales Development Specialist entails a mix of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme.
- Generating your own sales prospects through door-to-door canvassing in businesses and residential areas.
- Converting warm leads into sales via a direct sales approach, targeting 8-10 prospects per month.
- Establishing a portfolio of long-term customer relationships and soliciting referrals from existing clientele.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will engage potential customers at their properties, introducing them to our security solutions and showcasing our award-winning products. Additionally, you will conduct thorough security surveys to design a tailored system meeting each client's needs.
Your primary goal is to seamlessly convert these interactions into sales, oversee installations, and establish a pipeline of future sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
