Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities:
">- Negotiate and ensure compliance with Manufacturing Service Agreements.
- Develop and implement effective planning and material procurement strategies to drive business success.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Planning teams to meet demand forecasts and optimize production processes.
- Contribute to the development of Financial Operating Plans and ensure financial goals are achieved.
- Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and escalate when necessary through regular Steering Committee and Virtual Operation Team meetings.

- Strong project management and influencing skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
