Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through enhanced relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead all aspects of projects across various sectors and sizes, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Manage mechanical projects according to client requirements and current regulations, motivating team members and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Provide clear technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on programme delivery, driving efficiency and productivity.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical design skills, with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and internal/external communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
  • At least 7 years' experience leading mechanical design on projects in Ireland or the UK, with a proven track record of success.
  • Chartered Engineer status is desirable, although OCSC can support candidates seeking chartership.
