Lead Mechanical Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and delivering results-driven solutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical system design, with expertise in developing comprehensive designs that enhance product performance and reliability. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members effectively.
Responsibilities:- Develop mechanical system designs that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical design and leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in CAD modeling and simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Knowledge of GD&T and related standards.
