Claims Operations Service Manager Position

**Job Description:**
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our Claims Operations team in Irish Life Group Services Limited.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing on delivering customer first solutions to maximise our customer experience.
- Oversight of service levels for providers interaction activities (Voice & Email), claim productivity targets, ICD coding requirements to ensure KPIs are met.
- Ensuring all claim payments are made to the right payee, at the right time, with a focus on accuracy.
- Complete governance audits for all claims and verify all minimum audit levels are met in line with our Quality Assurance Strategy including ICD coding completed on claims.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of the principles of governance.
