Job Title: Master Kitchen Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a new 4-star resort hotel in Co. Monaghan. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes of the highest quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain food preparation and storage facilities to meet strict HACCP standards.

  • Assist with menu planning and implementation of seasonal trends and industry developments.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a hotel or busy food service environment.
">
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and current industry trends.
">
  • HACCP knowledge and compliance.
">
  • Ability to multitask and assist across all kitchen sections when required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
