Corporate Finance Professionals work on evaluating transactions, assessing creditworthiness and providing strategic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities include leading the rating process by preparing internal credit reports and analyzing cash flows. They also author research in relevant sectors, identifying opportunities and challenges for clients.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop and evolve rating methodologies, as well as participating in outreach processes to demonstrate industry knowledge and understanding of KBRA methodologies at issuer and investor meetings.

To be successful, you will require 5+ years of experience performing credit analysis with exposure to Power, Energy and Renewable Finance companies/projects, a strong interest and relevant experience in ratings, fixed income research, origination, or capital markets, and excellent communication skills.
