About the Role:
The International Business Expansion Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of business expansion. This leadership position oversees all aspects of store operations, including setting goals and objectives, supervising staff, and conducting daily business as if an individual owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop Assistant Managers to achieve high sales and profits
- Pioneer international market entry strategies and execution plans
- Respond to requests from head office departments
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders
- Manage recruitment, selection, placement, training, development, and HR plans
- Present international market analysis and feasibility reports
- Contribute to community generating business and goodwill
- Investigate and respond to employee relations and customer complaints
- Develop detailed business plans for international market entry
- Plan and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Operate within legal guidelines
- Adapt to new procedures and changes as directed by legislation
- Conduct timely appraisals and develop personnel development plans
- Maintain a professional image at all times
- Refer media enquiries to Area Manager/ Marketing Director
- Understand customer profiles and target them effectively

- Meet set targets on food costs, labour costs, customer count, QSC Audit, and mystery shopper and pizza audit scores
