Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead business expansion in the Midlands and Western Counties.

  • Effectively manage client relationships, contracts, and sales targets while striving for individual and team success.
  • Identify and complete tenders and PQQ applications according to company standards, collaborating with colleagues as needed.
  • Prospect and develop new regional and nationally based business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives among existing customers to support the wider sales team.
  • Manage key and national accounts through effective communication with regional sales and delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the water management or hygiene sector.
  • Familiarity with L8 Legionella regulations and water hygiene practices is highly desirable.
  • A strong aptitude for building lasting relationships with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
