As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation meets its strategic objectives under the umbrella of the Booking Holdings family of Brands. Your focus will be on Ireland and EEA, requiring knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to Irish e-money institutions and staying up-to-date on industry developments.

Job Description

The Compliance Analyst will support the Compliance team by gathering, analysing, and interpreting information critical to delivering key objectives and goals. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate information for maintaining adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance registers, including regulatory engagement and reporting.
  • Provide regulatory support and advice to stakeholders on regulations relevant to Irish EMI firms.
  • Support various regulatory and business initiatives projects across the organisation.
  • Develop regulatory training material and report management information on training completion records.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, including policies and procedures, and risk assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of regulations applicable to an Irish electronic money institution.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise work and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to review and summarise information to identify trends and regulatory risks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in using Google Sheets, Documents, or equivalent.
