
Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
">- Ensure timely and accurate processing of goods receipts through the GRN App.
- Regularly review KPI data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with project teams to process materials and plant requisitions, verifying accuracy before submission to Procurement.
- Oversee bulk materials orders on a weekly basis, ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Maintain site procedures for efficient GRN collection and processing, guaranteeing adherence to standards through the GRN App.
- Resolve issues related to missing GRNs by addressing non-compliance, collaborating with accounts payable, procurement, and commercial teams.
- Generate and review Open PO Reports for site analysis and optimization.
- Manage project documentation, including GRN reversals, order updates, and project closures.
- Perform additional site support tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role within the construction industry.
