Job Title: Director of Financial Operations
">The role of the Director of Financial Operations is to oversee all financial aspects of a business, ensuring they are properly structured and managed. This includes participating in commercial discussions across various business units.
">Main Responsibilities">- Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets that drive continuous improvement, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
- Treasury Management: Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and management.
- Reporting: Prepare senior team reports on monthly management accounts and business performance.
- Team Leadership: Focus the finance team on value-added activities, such as business partnering and analytics support.
- Cost Management: Lead monthly cost reviews with department heads, focusing on cost management and efficiency.
- Dashboards and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics/KPIs to present actionable business insights.
You will also be responsible for overseeing analytics projects that extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring timely delivery.
">Requirements">- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics as a Qualified Accountant.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder and people management skills, advanced Excel skills, and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
