Job Title: Fund Accounting Director

Fund accounting directors oversee the NAV process, which is responsible for accurately valuing a fund's assets and liabilities. They are essential contacts for clients and ensure that all aspects of the fund accounting process are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • This includes participating in new client meetings to demonstrate HedgeServ software, discussing complex accounting topics, and outlining HedgeServ's solution to their needs.
  • They also work with teams to develop all aspects of HedgeServ services, including fee calculations, profit and loss allocations, accounting for complex financial instruments, documentation review, and ad hoc client requests.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 9 years' experience working with a Hedge Fund Administrator, with at least 3 of those at Manager level.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work within a team structure or independently.
