You will lead global procurement across business services, marketing & sales, and IT categories. This includes operations in the US, Canada, LATAM, and AMEA with a focus on strategic sourcing, cost savings, and supplier relationship management.

You will develop and execute long-term category strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and deliver measurable value through innovation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across Business Services, Marketing & Sales, and IT categories.
  • Design and implement a unified procurement vision aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Lead agency pitches, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations to maximize ROI.
  • Drive governance, compliance, and capability building across all subcategories.
  • Team Development
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team of approximately 13 direct reports.
  • Train and mentor team members in best-in-class procurement practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/agencies.
  • Represent Procurement in cross-functional business alignment and prioritization efforts.
Requirements

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of progressive procurement experience across multiple indirect categories.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing procurement teams.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, cost savings, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience in international and matrixed organizations.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High digital fluency with experience in procurement tech stacks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex business problems with speed and pragmatism.
