Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining procurement schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement best practice initiatives
  • Manage procurement schedules and track progress
  • Collate tender documents and ensure accuracy
  • Review subcontract packages and negotiate rates
  • Assist in developing and updating inflation trackers and compiling information packs
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Support the implementation of a new digital procurement strategy

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-graduate experience with a PQS or Contractor qualification
  • Strong knowledge of construction technology and methods
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
