Job Opening for a PMO Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support our project and portfolio management activities.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking programme RAID, plans/milestones, resource allocations/requirements, and financials/budgets in order to ensure compliance with our project control framework.
  • Key responsibilities include planning and implementing project management strategies based on defined templates and toolsets.
  • Another key aspect of this role is supporting monthly cost plans for project portfolios and bringing together whole programme summaries and financial positions which include details from all portfolio cost plans.
  • The successful candidate will also prepare and maintain forecasting estimates for all programmes within the portfolio against approved budget.
  • Another responsibility of the PMO Analyst will be collating portfolio resource & cost review packs on a monthly basis.
  • Additionally, the PMO Analyst will manage, maintain, and update resource allocations across the portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end resource requisitions, including raising resource requisitions, managing on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Excellent analytical skills are required to gather and analyse project data to identify any gaps and resolve any time-related or budgetary issues.
  • A strong knowledge of Clarity tool is essential as the successful candidate will be expected to become a Clarity champion leading on all queries related to the tool.
